As a Security Officer Patrol Driver - Auto in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol automotive-related locations to help create a secure environment for clients and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving position, requiring you to navigate the premises and respond to situations as needed. Pay Rate : $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary according to Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings in an auto-related environment and report any security-related concerns to management or law enforcement as needed.
  • Document all activities, observations, and incidents thoroughly and accurately in daily reports.
  • Assist in emergency response activities, supporting client personnel and coordinating with Allied Universal leadership as required.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
