We are partnered with a Top 25 ENR General Contractor that is 100% employee owned to help them find a Senior Superintendent. With over 25 years of operation within Healthcare construction across the Atlanta, Georgia market. The group has firmly cemented its name as one of the industry leaders in Healthcare construction.

As Senior Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations across multiple projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and execution from planning through closeout. This role offers broad influence, high visibility with senior leadership, and a clear path for continued advancement within a company recognized for innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction software, reporting tools, and technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in hybrid work environments and ability to adapt to on-site and remote responsibilities.
• OSHA certification or other relevant health and safety training is an advantage.
