Skills & Experience :

• Proven success managing large-scale IT Asset Management (ITAM) programs or IT operations.
• Experience in program / project management , infrastructure , logistics , or IT business operations .
• Familiarity with ITSM, ServiceNow, Process Automation, AI tools , and Technical Care Services .
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on execution and attention to detail .

Preferred Tools & Technologies : ServiceNow, G Suite, AI tools / ChatGPT
