    • About the Role

    We are seeking a clinically accomplished, mission-driven Market Medical Director for Baltimore. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will :

  • Lead and coach PCPs and care teams in delivering excellent, compassionate care.
  • Drive provider engagement and foster a culture of accountability and learning.
  • Champion access by ensuring efficient clinic workflows and equitable scheduling.
  • Engage with patients, families, and community partners as a trusted clinical voice.
  • Maintain a small patient panel to model best practices in frontline care.

    • Qualifications

    Required :

  • MD or DO with active or eligible licensure in Maryland.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
  • At least 8 years of clinical experience, including work with medically complex seniors.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership experience in a value-based environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in fully capitated Medicare Advantage or global risk models.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS, STARS, CAHPS, HOS, and RAF scoring.
  • Experience integrating behavioral health and social determinants into primary care.
