Salary Range : $130,000 - $150,000 + bonus

Location : Orlando, FL

They are seeking a Controller to grow with their team and play a key role in managing financial operations.

Controller Responsibilities :

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for properties
• Manage account reconciliations and compliance with financial obligations
• Supervise transaction processing and system entries
• Manage corporate financial reporting and ledger oversight
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls
• Support external audits and reporting requirements
• Guide accounting staff in operational tasks
• CAM reconciliations

Qualifications for the Controller Role :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of accounting / finance experience preferably in property management.

Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
