Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and delivery of strategic ERP enhancements and interfaces

Manage the full project lifecycle for major automation and enhancement initiatives

Execute and deliver critical, high-impact automation projects across the organization

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher

12+ years of experience within a highly regulated industry

5+ years of experience in a product planning or senior program management role

Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site implementation projects

Strong understanding of core IT systems, with expertise in SAP
