Job descriptionAverage weekly earnings : $1200$1400 Pay rate : $0.55$0.65 CPM (all miles paid loaded and empty) Performance bonus : Up to $0.08 CPM for safety and service Stop pay : $15 per stop Full benefits after 30 days : medical dental vision and prescription coverage 401(k) with company match and employee assistance program Life disability accident and critical illness insurance Rider policy : passengers 12 allowed Pet policy : dogs up to 40 lbs (available from day one; trainees after solo upgrade) Must be 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL Held a U.S. drivers license for at least 12 months Clean MVR and PSP no major violations or preventable accidents in 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years No DUI / DWI in past 5 years (10 if while holding CDL) Stable employment history with no major gaps Must pass urine and hair drug test and DOT physical Military experience may qualify with DD214 Recent CDL-A graduates encouraged to apply 46-week hands-on mentor program with real OTR experience Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school required Stable employment record with no major gaps
