Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications.
• Initiate IVs and perform treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting care in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and responses to care delivered.
• Use sound nursing judgment in managing patient care.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications per orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Care Plans for all patients.
• Guide ancillary personnel and uphold professional nursing standards.
