What You Will Do :

• Guide and grow your banquet team through coaching, training, and keeping energy high.
• Lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
• Partner with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event.
• Balance budgets like a banquet ninjamanaging labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities with precision.
• Keep things sparkling (literally and figuratively), ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment.
