Minuteman Press Norfolk is hiring a dedicated, long-term team member with Canva or graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite preferred). Most of our customer files are already print-ready thanks to Canva, AI, and other tools but we need someone who can make edits, adjustments, or create layouts when needed. It's a fast paced fun working environment.

Your main responsibilities will be operating our digital press, DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer and bindery equipment . Print shop experience is a plus, but we will train.

What Were Looking For :

  • Canva or graphic design skills required.
  • Serious applicants only this is a stable, long-term position.
  • Valid drivers license and own personal vehicle (no drop-offs by Uber, Lyft, or others).
  • No job hoppers (frequent short-term jobs will not be considered).
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Print shop or production experience is a plus.

    • What Youll Do :

  • Operate and maintain digital presses and finishing equipment.
  • Review and prepare print-ready files.
  • Make occasional design / layout edits using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Print shop production experience required.
  • Digital press operation skills.
  • Basic to intermediate design ability.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

    • Schedule : MondayFriday, no nights / weekends. Competitive pay based on experience.
