General Function :
Performs administrative and analytical duties for manager and staff; acts as liaison between senior leaders and corporate customers, vendors and prospects; conducts special projects; resolves problems; performs research.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive internal and external customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- May support a geographically disbursed Business or Vertical across Fifth Third's footprint including multiple Sales Managers, RM's or other senior leaders.
- Manages all space planning and physical movement of staff for the Business or Vertical.
- Manages and maintains the business or vertical Business Continuity Plan.
- Manages the P2P Payment system including setting up new vendors and processing / following up on all invoices to ensure payment.
- Runs reports and inputs data in CRM for team as needed.
- Handles Badge Point requests for team.
- Coordinates special bank events and customer entertainment events when necessary, including those that require direct interaction with customers, support staff, and vendors.
- Manages / orders office supplies.
- Ensures new hires have physical requirements in place upon hire including seating assignment, business cards, computer / monitor, remote access, business cards, name plate, access to building, and other supplies as needed.
- Handles travel arrangements, scheduling of appointments, bookings of seminars, and completion of expense reports for managers and RM's.
- Assists in completing materials for team meetings, pipeline reporting, and pitch book / marketing materials (assembling and binding).
- Resolves problems of varying complexity.
- Performs research needed to resolve manager, RM, client or vendor problems in a timely manner.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required :
High school diploma required, higher education preferred.5-7 years experience working in a professional business environment required.Proficient in Bank systems (ACE, RAFT, AFS, Kronos, myAccess), Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.Self-starter who can be productive with minimal to no supervision a must.Articulate and confident talking with senior leaders and clients required.Above average interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills requiredLocation   Dublin, Ohio 43017
