DIRECT HIRE | DESIGN DRAFTER | Phoenix, AZ

Seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Drafter with experience in structural / architectural drafting / design.  Exciting opportunity to join a growing business (locations nationwide) and have access to new technologies as they pursue integrating AI technologies and advanced rendering software (fly-bys, walk-throughs, photographic-level renderings, etc.).

You’ll create custom building designs, photorealistic renderings, proposals, marketing collateral, and social media assets on fast-track schedules — directly impacting projects coast-to-coast while growing your skills in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Key Skills (do not have to have all) : CAD, REVIT, Bluebeam, BIM, 3D Modeling, Rendering, Construction Materials, etc.

• Experience with 3D renderings would be a big plus
• Anticipate $50K-$70K, dependent on experience
