Nursing Assistant
SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical and SSM Health, is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Lake St. Louis, MO. The schedule is PRN Day or Night, 6 : 45p-7 : 15a, with a minimum of four shifts per six-week period. The compensation is $19.50 per PRN rate plus $1.50 for night shift differential and $0.75 weekend differential.

Responsibilities :
Obtaining vital signs, height, weight, and demographic dataAssisting patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing (bed bath, chair at sink, tub and shower), oral hygiene, shaving, and hair careDelivering meals and snacks, feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves, and documenting oral intake, including supplementsTurning and positioning immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participating in mobility programAnswering patient call lights and performing services that add to the physical well-being of the patientTransportation of the patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centersQualifications :
Minimum Qualifications :
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment requiredPreferred Qualifications :
