They have a fantastic new CFO that just joined the team who has 30+ years of experience in finance, 20 of those years being in healthcare finance. The CFO is looking for a positive leader who can get the entire team on the same page for communication and project implementation.
The Director of Finance will be instrumental in financial planning, business development strategy, reimbursement planning and analysis as well as be responsible for financial oversight for the hospital. The Director of Finance will drive finance, accounting, audit and reimbursement process enhancements and margin improvements across the organization. Additional major functions include forecast planning, business development, cost reporting, payor contracting, revenue cycles, budgets, internal controls, auditing, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation and analysis. This position will be responsible for directing financial processes in concert with the Hospitals Chief Financial Officer.
The salary midpoint for this role is 155k based on experience, education, and prior scope of responsibility.
