About the Role :
As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of baristas, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and create a positive and engaging work environment.

- Train, coach, and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
- Hold team members accountable for performance and standards.
- Customer Service :
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of product quality and consistency.
- Operations :
- Ensure adherence to Starbucks standards and procedures.
- Manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communication :
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Stay informed about store operations and changes.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and team members.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Requirements :
