Re-Gen Electric is a renewable energy project development company. We provide quality design, build, and management of large commercial projects for clients investing in renewable energy. The corporate office is located in Fresno, CA, with a satellite warehouse just east of Los Angeles, CA. We build and maintain large-scale renewable energy projects with honesty and integrity across California.

Position

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing and working with three crews and an electrical team to assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in Central / Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all work sites, overseeing the daily operations of three crews and an electrical team to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Eliminate project delays by organizing work-in-progress activities, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining project timelines.
• Establish and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates teams and encourages high performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and company management, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, update, and manage "look-ahead" schedules to track progress and address potential delays proactively.
• Ensure project schedules align with established milestones and completion dates, coordinating resources and tasks to meet deadlines.
• Monitor work sites to enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations, mitigating risks and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Identify and address issues on-site promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to management, maintaining detailed records of project progress, changes, and completed tasks.
