Job DescriptionJob Description

1. Become familiar with the culture, methodology, and nuances of a major U.S. manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY

2. Act as an ombudsman / SPOC between the business customer and a team of Deskside Services experts as it relates to ongoing projects (primarily IMACD related projects).

3. Meet with the stakeholders to :

• Determine requirements
• Assign scope (time and resources)
• Schedule tasks
• Follow-up with reports to DSS Factory Track Lead and customers
• Ensure timely delivery of project
• Write SOP’s around processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities
