Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal functionality.

Diagnostic Testing : Conduct diagnostic tests and analyses to identify vehicle issues and troubleshoot them effectively.

Repair : Address both minor and major repairs, including engine repairs, brake replacements, and transmission work.

Quality Assurance : Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of safety and quality, following company protocols and industry regulations.

Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues in an understandable manner and providing professional recommendations.

Inventory Management : Assist in maintaining inventory records and ensure that tools and parts are available when needed.

Requirements

Certification : ASE certification is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair is required. Experience with a wide range of vehicles and models is advantageous.

Technical Skills : Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.

Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both team members and customers.

Problem Solving : Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex mechanical issues efficiently.

Attention to Detail : Keen attention to detail to ensure quality and safety in all repair work.

Physical Ability : Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and standing for extended periods.

License : A valid drivers license is required.
