IMCS is a small thriving private practice with available services to support healing from various mental health diagnoses. It was birthed from a dream of supporting others in finding their authentic lives and feeling comfortable in their skin. Our small and supportive team provides all that is needed such as admin tasks like credentialing, billing, and insurance claims so you don’t have to worry about it. We also have great resources to support clinicians in working with out of network individuals.

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to receive therapy, and therapists should be able to serve the communities they care most about, not just the small number of people who can afford to pay out of pocket. Our mission is to enable all providers to grow successful, independent, and accessible private practices , so that anyone can receive essential mental healthcare and create healthier and happier communities.

Referral stream to grow your practice : We help you get out in front of many to slowly and consistently build your caseload.

Intake & scheduling team dedicated to your clients : Clients can book in a couple of easy steps, through our website or by calling you directly to schedule a consultation.

User-friendly EHR portal : Enjoy the SimplePractice, centralized invoice submission, client management, and scheduling in one place, with various forms of support from their team. If you prefer to use a different system please let me know during your interview process.

Monthly direct deposit based account accrual : Don't worry about filing claims! Any insurance claims will be filed for you by our billing team!

Autonomy : Build the practice of your dreams! You own your client relationships and serve them under Insightful Minds Clinical Services in addition we help with all admin needs.

Telehealth : virtual appointments are the focus as it is a virtual practice though if you prefer to rent a space to offer in person feel free to do so; the EHR platform used by IMCS supports both!

Earnings : For all administrative tasks, consultation, marketing support, mentorship, and support in building your own caseload IMCS will retain a portion of earnings and send your monthly income via direct deposit.

Flexibility : Set your schedule with no visit minimums or after hour calls.

Referrals : Take advantage of the in-network or self-pay referrals that fit your preferences.

Health Insurance Support : IMCS is currently credentialed with Carefirst blue cross blue shield and accepts most plans. Should you be interested in paneling with other insurance companies we will gladly discuss and consider potential best options.

Access to resources where low cost and specialized continuing education credits are available.

Access to group purchase of continuing education to keep costs reasonable and provide opportunities for reflection.

Grow Community Peer Support Group : You’ll gain access to a private community of wonderful providers who are here to offer support, advice, and camaraderie during your private practice journey!

Minimum Qualifications

You are either an LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, Psy.D.

Licensed in MD or an active member of Psypact

1+ years of experience

Malpractice Insurance

You will see IMCS is committed to achieving clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and providing proven & visible clinical outcomes. We have dedicated teams to handle marketing, billing, and credentialing. Therapists will use valuable previous clinical experience, good judgment, and consistent consultation.

You'll enjoy growth and support through ongoing consultation, specialized clinical training with experienced providers; information on the latest research advancements in the field; 1 : 1 mentorship to discuss complex cases; and an open, receptive environment to provide feedback.

Who You Are

Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice independently in Maryland.

Masters or doctorate Degree Required.

Maryland : (Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Social Worker).

At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., EMDR, CBT, ACT, etc.).

Knowledge and experience with treating mental health conditions within your scope of expertise.

Organized, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, good with time management.

Have a confidential, private location to work remotely from with reliable internet access.

Comfortable and efficient with using technology to communicate.

Ambitious and ready to keep up with a relaxed goal-driven environment.
