Commercial Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Review and negotiate NDAs

Engage in and manage SaaS commercial contract negotiations, including DPAs

Lead the intake, tracking, and reporting of legal agreements

Required Qualifications

3-7 years of legal experience, preferably in-house

Experience negotiating SaaS contracts with customers

Familiarity with data privacy laws across the US, Canada, and Europe (GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.)

Comfortable using legal-focused software applications for contract management

Experience in other areas of law, such as governance, employment, or intellectual property, is beneficial
