As our Occupancy Specialist at Wingate, you’ll play avital role in maintaining compliance across our affordable housing community.You’ll ensure residents receive the support and housing they deserve whilemanaging key aspects of certification, leasing, and compliance. If you'redetail-oriented, people-focused, and experienced in affordable housing, we’dlove to have you on our team.

Hourly rate : Up to $21 / hour (basedon experience)

As an Occupancy Specialist, you will :

• Process income certifications, recertifications, and interim certifications for HUD, Section 8, and LIHTC programs
• Manage applicant intake, waitlists, leasing paperwork, and move-in orientations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations
• Collaborate with residents, staff, and agencies to resolve issues and provide high-quality customer service
• Maintain accurate resident files, reporting, and data integrity using Microsoft Office and property management software
