We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and enhance our financial operations in Farmington Hills, Michigan. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in managing accounting processes, driving strategic financial planning, and supporting organizational growth. Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with external CPAs to ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support business growth.
• Establish and refine accounting policies and implement effective internal controls.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Conduct account reconciliations and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Lead efforts to streamline financial systems and processes for increased efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
