The Opportunity :
We are looking for an experienced Management Analyst who uses research, analysis, planning, and project management to provide leadership, expert advice and consultation, and facilitate information sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
In this position, you will serve as a consultant to the DRS IT Services, Portfolio and Planning Manager in implementing new applications, processes, and procedures to update and improve how ISD assesses and manages business demands for IT services. You will also lead ISD compliance efforts to ensure state and federal requirements are satisfied accurately and on-time. You will lead assigned projects and the coordination and completion of performance management activities for the division.

NOTE : Dependent on the nature of the projects and tasks assigned, you may be able to perform duties from a remote work location multiple days during an average week , at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and with a telework agreement in place. The ability to work remotely is dependent on the nature of the tasks and projects assigned and the presence of a remote work environment that is safe and has an appropriate level of reliable connectivity. You must live within a reasonable commuting distance (less than 50 straight-line miles) to the DRS building in Tumwater, WA, and must be willing and able to adjust your telework schedule, whenever necessary, to complete work assignments, attend mandatory meetings, trainings, etc., at the DRS facility.
