Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Director, Transformation Change Management & Communications will be a strategic leader within the Transformation Office, responsible for driving enterprise-wide change and communications strategies that enable the successful adoption of Brink’s new operating model, processes, and ways of working. This role will partner closely with senior executives, functional leaders, and transformation workstreams to deliver integrated change management and communication plans that engage employees, reduce disruption, and accelerate business results.
You will serve as the enterprise’s change management and communications expert, building capability, creating consistent frameworks, and ensuring that our people are informed, inspired, and aligned throughout the transformation journey.
