Senior Paralegal, Corporate & Securities — PayPal

This role is a highly experienced and strategic member of the legal team, acting as lead paralegal on major cases and projects, with advanced legal knowledge and strong organizational skills to independently manage complex matters and serve as liaison between legal counsel, clients, and outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and management of complex cases, including high-volume litigation and corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic input during case planning, research, and pre-trial preparations.
• Draft, review, and manage critical legal documents with minimal legal counsel oversight.
• Oversee and coordinate discovery processes, including document production and e-discovery management.
• Train, mentor, and review work of junior paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain direct client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring superior service quality.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

U.S. national hourly pay range for this role is $30 to $49. Actual compensation is based on factors including location, relevant skills and experience. The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
