• Hospital-employed opportunity within a large, vibrant multispecialty group, focused on outpatient settings.
• Role distribution : 0.5 FTE Clinical Supervision of Residents in outpatient Family Medicine, 0.3 FTE Independent Practice (without Residents), and 0.2 FTE Dedicated Administrative Time.
• Engage actively in didactic and educational activities : conducting lectures, moderating journal clubs, and participating in research and orientation sessions.
• Encourage residents in scholarly activities, including publications and quality improvement projects.
• Committee involvement, interviews of program candidates, and participation in social gatherings are integral parts of the role.
• Mentor residents by providing guidance, clinical training, and thorough feedback on their performance.
• Facilitate resident documentation and ensure adherence to appropriate billing practices.
