Senior Benefits Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join their Total Rewards team.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage global leave programs and ensure compliance with U.S. laws

Oversee perks program administration and maintain compliance through reporting and audits

Enhance wellness resources and increase employee engagement through innovative programming

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with expertise in U.S. benefits and leave compliance

Experience managing leave programs, accommodations, and vendor coordination

Proven ability to implement wellness programs that improve employee engagement

Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis and Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and efficiently
