Job Description
The Site Manager oversees daily operations for a family-focused housing site, ensuring a safe and respectful living environment. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating resident services, and maintaining the property’s physical condition. Responsibilities involve managing leasing activities, enforcing house rules, supporting residents, and responding to emergencies. The Site Manager also collaborates with internal teams to meet housing goals and compliance standards.
Pay range : $32-35 / hour
Contract ongoing
Key Responsibilities :
Lead property operations and supervise on-site staff
Support leasing, move-ins, and resident communications
Monitor building maintenance and coordinate repairs
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Collaborate with service teams to support resident needs
Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications :
Experience in housing management and team supervision
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with housing regulations and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Additional Info :
Full-time, Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Supervises assistant manager and maintenance team
