About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Principal Engineer specialising in Roads and Highways to join our esteemed engineering firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key technical leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure in the region, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

• Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects throughout the UAE and wider Middle East region
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Develop cutting‑edge solutions for transportation infrastructure challenges, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local UAE and international design standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality projects on time and within budget
• Conduct thorough technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables, demonstrating keen attention to detail
• Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing, showcasing analytical and visionary thinking
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering, driving innovation within the organisation
• Liaise with multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM Infrastructure projects
