Urgent Care Veterinarian Position | St. Louis MO

A progressive veterinary practice in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their team. This role focuses on providing after-hours and urgent care services for canine and feline patients. The position allows veterinarians to focus exclusively on urgent care without routine wellness appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care while maintaining clear communication with clients
• Collaborate with veterinary colleagues and leadership to ensure excellent patient care
• Support and mentor technical staff through structured training programs
• Manage a diverse caseload of urgent medical cases during clinic hours

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an AVMA-accredited program or equivalent through ECFVG/PAVE
• Active Missouri veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Team-oriented, client-focused, and committed to high-quality patient care
