Collaboration : Partner with Preconstruction Managers, civil engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver project excellence. Project Handoff : Support the transition from preconstruction to construction, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution. Industry Expertise : Apply diversified knowledge of construction processes and best practices to drive project success. Team Dynamics : Thrive in a team-oriented environment as a proactive, self-motivated professional. Additional Responsibilities : Perform other duties as assigned to meet project goals. Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required. Experience : 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or preconstruction is preferred. Skills : Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
