We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct competitive analysis for product categories within skincare and provide recommendations to drive growth
• Contribute strategic ideas for product innovation
• Review trend reports for skincare and highlight key opportunities for brand
• Support creation of launch-related documents such as product briefs, marketing bulletins, and product dossiers

Requirements:

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
• Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
