Logistics Assistant (Entry-Level)

Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated entry-level Logistics Assistant to support daily shipping, delivery, and customer service operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in logistics or supply chain. You’ll help coordinate deliveries and pickups, prepare shipping documents, communicate with customers, and assist with tracking orders to ensure timely and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule local and out-of-state deliveries and pickups

• Request and assist with shipping quotes for customer orders

• Coordinate wooden crates, pallets, and basic packaging needs

• Track delivery times and provide updates to customers

• Prepare and process packing slips and shipping paperwork

• Contact customers when merchandise is ready for pickup

• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams

• Assist with resolving delivery issues or delays

• Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone and email

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

• Support warehouse and logistics teams with general tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fluent in English & Spanish
  Interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)

• Previous logistics or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
