Senior Field Training Manager
The Senior Field Training Manager will be part of a distinct, field-based training team. This team is responsible for training & support for hourly and managerial associates on company processes and standards. They will provide on-the-ground support and play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of new location openings. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for employee development.

The Senior Field Training Manager must have a project management or training background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines. In addition, they possess a highly developed sense of leadership. They will consistently develop guest service and interpersonal skills, including high integrity, respect for all individuals, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and an appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnicity, gender, etc.). Must be a strong team player, developer, and possess strong presentation skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Any combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the assigned duties. Five years in training, managing, and facilitating associate development programs and project management. Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
