Construction Estimator

I hope you're having a great week! I am looking to hire a full-time Estimator for a reputable construction company here in Waukesha, WI (53186). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away.

Pay : $65,000 - $75,000 + Benefits

Benefits : Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays

Schedule : M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)

Job Responsibilities :

• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents for Division 5 scope
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs (structural steel, stairs, railings, embeds, lintels, supports, etc.)
• Solicit, scope, and level quotes from fabricators, detailers, and suppliers
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and proposals, including labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering alternatives
• Maintain estimating database with updated pricing and productivity rates
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required
• Collaborate with project managers, field foremen, engineers, and clients
