Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in Finance and Process Automation. This role will drive the finance team's digital transformation by identifying and delivering RPA solutions (preferably with UiPath) that optimize financial processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate combines financial domain knowledge with strong analytical and technical skills, bridging finance and technology to implement impactful automation initiatives in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and automation requirements related to financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Lead the identification, design, and delivery of Robotic Process Automations (RPAs), preferably using UiPath.
• Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis to identify automation opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and define end-to-end process documentation including PDDs and SDDs.
• Partner with RPA developers and finance teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical design, managing testing, exception handling, and go-live readiness.
• Develop and maintain process maps, business documentation, and automation tracking artifacts to support governance and continuous improvement.
• Work within agile delivery frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of automation projects.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings, progress updates, and automation recommendations effectively.
• Support change management and training for finance users adopting new automated workflows and tools.
• Monitor and evaluate automation performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, scalability, and value realization (ROI).
