International Field Service Technician - PLC / HMI
- 3+ years of Field Service experience supporting custom industrial systems is a requirement
- Strong experience with electrical assembly, PLC, and HMI systems is highly preferred for international assignments
- Competitive pay range of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Travel is required (10-25% overall), around 10% is international travel (Europe, Mexico, Canada)
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Full-time, permanent, W-2 employee

The Duties and Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support, both on-site globally and in-house at the production facilitySupport customers on-site and remotely to install, troubleshoot, and service custom-built industrial equipmentConduct frequent field service trips (10-25% travel), including international locations, serving as the face of the company to customers throughout North America, Europe, Mexico, and CanadaPerform hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly of 3DT systems during non-service time, followed by thorough system testingApply exceptional technical and problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issuesCommunicate effectively and clearly with customers, team members, and internal departmentsMaintain professionalism, demonstrating a self-motivated approach and a collaborative work ethic in both the shop environment and on customer sitesThe Background of the Successful Candidate
3-5 years of experience with electrical and mechanical systems as a Field Service Technician, including travel via vehicle or airplaneA highly technical, travel-ready professional with strong aptitude and a customer-focused mindsetDemonstrated electrical and mechanical aptitude is essentialExperience with electrical assembly and expertise in reading schematics and troubleshooting control systems (including PLCs and HMIs).
