Plant Engineering Manager (Water Quality)
SALARY
The minimum salary is $96,112.64 annually.
This position is not eligible for overtime (exempt); however, the city has a compensatory time leave program for employees that grants leave time for hours worked in excess of forty hours.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this classification is to provide technical management over all wastewater treatment plant capital improvements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SPECIAL LICENSE / CERTIFICATION
All Certifications and licenses must be maintained as a condition of employment.
Professional Engineer License issued by the State of Kentucky; those with an equivalent license issued by another state, must obtain licensure in the State of Kentucky within the six (6) month probationary period.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
All positions require drug testing and background check before employment and may require a post-job offer physical as stated in Ordinances 21-14(b), 22-13 and 23-16.
