A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and optimize core technology platforms, primarily focusing on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms
Assist in launching and administering the Salesforce NPSP and related tools
Collaborate with various teams to optimize data workflows and provide training
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering Salesforce (preferably NPSP)
Experience building and managing API integrations
Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, especially fundraising workflows
Experience with data cleaning, migration, and validation
Familiarity with online payments and fraud detection / mitigation
