We are looking for high-energy fitness leaders who are passionate about coaching, building community, and helping members achieve life-changing results. Our instructors play a powerful role in guiding members through 45-minute cardio kickboxing and strength training workouts while creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired.

As an FXB instructor, you will:
Lead and motivate members through 45-minute cardio kickboxing and strength training classes
Create an engaging, high-energy class environment where members feel encouraged and supported
Provide modifications to accommodate different fitness levels, injuries, and experience levels
Build strong relationships with members by learning names and engaging with them throughout each class
Inspire members to set and achieve goals both inside and outside the studio
Coach members through our structured nutrition program and support healthy lifestyle habits
Help foster a positive, inclusive community where members hold each other accountable and celebrate progress
Successful FXB instructors:
Lead confident, motivating classes that keep members coming back
Build strong connections with members and create a welcoming environment
Encourage members to push their limits while maintaining proper form and safety
Reinforce our culture of accountability, positivity, and consistency
Inspire members to believe in their ability to achieve their goals
