Location : Garnet Valley, PA
Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with on-call availability as needed
Weekly Hours : Guaranteed 40+ hours
Licensure Required : Active Pharmacist Licenses in both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts
Certification Requirements : IV certification required; BLS not required
COVID-19 Vaccination : Not mandatory

Position Summary
We are seeking a dually-licensed Clinical Pharmacist (PA & MA) to serve as Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at our Garnet Valley, PA location. This full-time, onsite position plays a key leadership role in pharmacy operations, patient care, compliance, and team development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting clinical activities, and managing daily operations including inventory, quality assurance, and patient assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), registered with applicable Boards of Pharmacy
- Oversee and supervise pharmacy personnel and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (USP 795, 797, 800, etc.)
- Support inventory management, procurement, and supplier relations
- Perform and document patient assessments, prescription verifications, and counseling
- Collaborate with prescribers and care teams for optimal drug therapy management
- Participate in call rotation and after-hours support when needed
- Lead performance reviews, staff development, and process improvements
- Maintain pharmacy licensure requirements, reports, and audits (PMP, DEA, month-end, etc.)
- Participate in committees, research, and quality assurance activities
Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited schoolActive, unrestricted licenses in both Pennsylvania and MassachusettsMinimum 3 years' experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy , or clinical hospital pharmacyIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsWillingness to travel up to 10% for business needsPreferred Qualifications
3+ years' experience in pharmacy management or supervisory roleFamiliarity with 340B programs and specialty / infusion pharmacy accreditationKnowledge of medical / pharmacy reimbursement, supplier contracts, and inventory reconciliationWork Environment & Physical Requirements
