    • Description :
    • The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the company’s Network, Servers, Workstations, Voice Communications System, and related application software. The position will install, maintain and repair servers, workstations, network connectivity and a variety of related peripheral equipment. The position is also responsible for ensuring security over access to systems and data, and that data is adequately protected and archived to ensure high availability of services for our customers and staff.

    • Primary Responsibilities :
    • Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including installing, maintaining and troubleshooting all user and server hardware and software, workstations, routers, switches and peripheral equipment.
    • Perform backup and recovery of user and server data, setting up and maintaining user access to email, shared file services, databases, specialized software, and all other server administration tasks.
    • Monitors HIE system and interoperability with other systems to ensure they function properly.
    • Install new software applications, workstations, printers, or other hardware.
    • Monitor and maintain firewalls.
    • Assists CEO to determine scope of requirements to support the HIE system.
    • Works closely with the HIE Operations Manager on systems outages and maintenance.
    • Trains department and organizational staff on system access and utilization.
    • Directly supervises 1 employee in Technical Services.
    • Education and / or Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, technology management, or similar, or ten to fifteen years’ related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Technical Skills
    • The successful candidate will have experience implementing and supporting :

      Centralized Scale-up Infrastructure :

    • IBM Power, PowerHA - fully replicated, and PowerVM - LPARs
    • IBM DB2 for i
    • IBM i backup, recovery, upgrade
    • IBM Datapower SOA appliances
    • IBM Websphere
    • IBM Flash SANs
    • De-centralized Scale-Out Infrastructure :

    • Microsoft SQL Server with SSAS and SSIS.
    • Windows Server
    • VMWare, vMotion, or similar virtualization
    • IIS and Apache Web Servers, Apache Tomcat J2EE application servers, and JVMs
    • Enterprise backup and recovery (EMC Data Domain)
    • Intel blade and rack servers.
    • Pure and EMC XtremeIO Storage Area Networks, and iSCSI.
    • Network and Monitoring Infrastructure :

    • IP networks using Cisco VPN routers, firewalls, and switches.
    • AlienVault or other infrastructure / security monitoring
    • Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud, or similar cloud infrastructure environment
    • SSL / TLS client auth, SSH, sFTP, and other encryption tool like PGP.
    • Office / Desktop Infrastructure :

    • Exchange Server, Sharepoint Server, Microsoft Office, Teams, and other desktop software.
    • Office365 Integration
    • Desktop standardization
    • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    • The successful candidate may hold the following certifications or training :

    • MCSE or equivalent experience
    • Cisco Certification or equivalent experience
    • Communication Skills
    • The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; to write routine reports and correspondence; and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

    • Physical Demands
    • The successful candidate will be able frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

      Pay : $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
