LE JEAN is a contemporary, female founded brand rooted in LA denim. A fusion of California cool and European edge. LE JEAN is a collection of feminine and polished off-duty styles fueled by a love for denim. Known for impeccable for and approachable pieces.

We're looking for an Associate Designer to join our small but passionate team — someone who understands our aesthetic and can bring fresh creativity, technical precision, and a love of denim to every collection. Full time role - 5 days in office.

What you'll do :

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to design and develop new collections from concept through production.
• Create sketches, tech packs, and development packages for garments.
• Have knowledge of sourcing and development, technical specs, and prototype fittings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product execution and seasonal deadlines.
• Support coordination of SMS for showrooms and retailers.
• Participate in seasonal photoshoots.
