Job descriptionWork with the Customer Operations AI and Automation team Implement Automation solutions for IT and UX operations Collaborate with Solutions Engineer and other contractor software engineers Work with enterprise UiPath and automation teams to implement solutions for CustomerOps Report and track status for COUX Manager Lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions within GTE Customer Operations Combine technical expertise with delivery leadership Collaborate with software developers, Solutions Engineers, and customer leadership to drive impactful automation initiatives Work with a team of software developers in delivering automation and AI solutions Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to architect scalable and secure automation frameworks Engage with customer leadership to identify, propose, and present automation use cases and their business benefits Analyze operational workflows to uncover automation opportunities Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Python, and AWS Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate solution feasibility Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of deployed solutions Provide documentation, training, and post-deployment support Work with engineers to design solutions involving AI using Liberty's Large Language Models, Copilot, and other AI solutions Proven experience in automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) Preferred programming skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with AI / ML frameworks, AWS Cloud solutions Experience leading technical teams and managing delivery timelines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions 10 years in automation, AI, or related consulting roles Experience in service delivery environments Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
