Job descriptionSTARTING WAGE OF $21.32+$1.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL GENEROUS PTO upon completion of 90-day probationary period WEEKLY PAY Overtime is currently available OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT IN TO SKILLED POSITIONS SUCH AS SETUP, LASER, WELDER, MACHINE ROOM, AUGER, ETC... Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality Perform in-process inspections on components being produced Complete required logs and shop tracking cards Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area BE ABLE TO MAKE PIECE RATE Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability.
