Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefitssuch as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonusmay vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

The Housekeeper has overall responsibility for cleaning guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Essential functions include cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc. Notify team leader when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied. Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping. Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures. Comply with all health and safety standards. Attend regular meetings as scheduled. Other job-related duties as assigned.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing in English. Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints. Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues. Ability to learn specific job duties and complete work assignments. Maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques. Ability to follow direction/instruction. Possess pleasant demeanor when interacting with team members and guests.
