We are currently seeking an Experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our state-of-the-art body shop. If you’re skilled in aluminum repair, knowledgeable in the ICAR system, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of makes and models, including aluminum-bodied vehicles
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in collaboration with estimators
- Complete repairs in accordance with ICAR standards and OEM guidelines
- Weld, pull, replace panels, and conduct structural and non-structural repairs
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards before final inspection
- Use computer systems and tools to track jobs and document repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 3 years of professional collision repair experienceExperience with aluminum repairs is preferredICAR Gold certifications or strong working knowledge of ICAR repair standardsFamiliarity with OEM repair procedures and modern repair toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamValid driver's license and good driving recordStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qualityWhy Join CMA's Williamsburg Ford?
