    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Compensation :

    • Starting pay : $71,489 annually, with potential for up to a 30% increase based on experience

  • Generous Sign-On Bonus :

    • $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments (at 90 days and 1-year anniversary).

  • Requires a 2-year commitment to the organization.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package :

  • PTO accrual : 7 hours per pay period for those with 0-3 years of service.

    Qualifications :

  • Degree : Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
  • Skillset : Experience in hospital-based social work, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience : At least 1-2 years of relevant social work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Sponsorship : Not currently offering visa sponsorship.
