Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager position available at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, Stone Oak, San Antonio, TX, USA. Pay range is $15-$17 per hour depending on experience. This is a full-time hourly position offering medical, dental, and vision health insurance options for full-time employees, as well as wellness benefits including EAP and pet insurance for all full and part-time employees.

Full-time position available. Must have afternoon / evening availability.

In the role of an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team who will offer unique menu selections from scratch baked bread and pastries to incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Assistant Manager at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess :

    • A successful Hourly Assistant Manager at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with :

  • 1+ year of fast-paced restaurant / retail leadership experience.
  • Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
  • Experience with meeting operational goals, and thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams and customers.

    • You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.
