Catbird, an NYC based jewelry brand, is looking to hire in-store Stylists to join our retail team this holiday season!

The Store Stylist is integral to our store as they are the ones who work directly with our customers, creating a warm welcoming customer experience and providing our customers with the highest level of product education and styling recommendations.

We are looking for Seasonal Styling Associates to join our store teams with part-time availability and flexibility to work weekends. This is a seasonal position that will end in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

All aspects of customer service : Create a welcoming, and helpful buying experience for our customers.

Product Knowledge : Awareness of full product assortment and able to educate our customers about product knowledge and styling.

Styling : Style customers based on the customer preferences and needs.

Personalized Suggestions : Offers suggestions to the customer that are personalized and compliments their requests.

Inventory Management : Assists managers in restock, receiving, cleaning, and maintaining inventory & visual standards throughout the store.

Point of Sale : Creates a delightful last impression while ringing customers out on our Point of Sale system, with accuracy & efficiency.

Appointments : Conduct In-Person and Virtual Wedding Engagement & Styling appointments.

Our Ideal Candidate

Retail Experience : Required, jewelry experience a plus.

Customer Service : Looking for someone who understands that customer service is the most important thing.

Personality : Someone who is nice, friendly, and easy to get along with.

Team Player : Loves to work collaboratively with a store team and truly enjoys connecting with people!

Styling : Someone who likes to style and make product recommendations.
